    • Herbs (Rosemary, Sage,Marjoram, Thyme),
    • Preservative: E223 Sodium Metabisulphite
    • Potato Starch
    • Black Pepper
    • Filled in a natural sheep casing.

  • Cooking Methods

    • Venison & Black Pepper Sausage easy to cook versatile and delicious.
    • To grill:- cook for approximately 12 minutes under a medium to high heat, turning regularly.
